Before paying for a service, each customer must read these General Terms and Conditions:

1 - Honna Design does not offer exchanges or refunds on its services. Except in case 5-.

 

2 - Online payment will be made by credit card. Regarding quotes, the information will be directly indicated on said quote.

3 - Services are invoiced at the rate in effect on the day the order is placed on www.honnadesign.com . Prices are indicated inclusive of tax.

4 - For the payment of a deco coaching or a gift card, the buyer must check that their location corresponds to that mentioned before making payment. If applicable, videoconference coaching will be the only option offered.

5 - Honna Design guarantees compliance with deadlines for sending shopping lists. As a reminder, the deadline is counted from receipt by Honna Design of the form completed by the buyer. A partial refund will be made otherwise.
